Creative production gets expensive when every asset begins from a blank page.
A creative engine replaces that blank page with a small, guarded system: a house code, reusable prompts, clear inputs and review steps that keep the work close to the brand.
The operating model
Start with the constraints that matter most:
- the offer and its margin
- the customer and the buying moment
- the visual rules the brand must keep
- the claims the brand can safely make
- the formats the store actually needs
From there, produce families of work rather than isolated assets. One concept can become a product scene, a static angle, a short-form video brief and a set of testing variations.
What to measure
The goal is not more output for its own sake. Measure whether the system creates useful options faster, whether review becomes easier and whether the resulting work improves the economics of the store.
A good engine is visible in the handoff: fewer repeated explanations, fewer avoidable revisions and a clearer path from idea to approved draft.
The rule
Keep the system narrow enough to govern and broad enough to reuse. Draft-only agents can accelerate the work, but a person should still own the final decision.
